Hello, and welcome to my website. I\u2019m Osvaldo, originally from Italy, and I\u2019ve been living in London for the past 15 years. I\u2019d like to share a bit about my journey in discovering the mind\u2019s potential and the incredible power within us.<\/strong><\/p>\n

My path has been one of profound self-discovery. Originally a career-driven professional in finance, I thrived in a fast-paced lifestyle until a period of burnout and the discovery of a benign health issues, became a pivotal wake-up call<\/span>. This moment led me to explore the depths of the mind, sparking a curiosity that would reshape both my life and my future.<\/span><\/p>\n

I began reading a lot of books and listening podcasts around the neuroscience discoveries, the power of subconscious mind and attending workshops and events on self-development between the UK and the US, eventually studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming in 2013. My journey deepened further when I discovered meditation in 2014, which brought peace, joy, and a newfound balance to my life. Through meditation, I learned how to connect with my inner strength, transforming my physical, mental, and emotional well-being.<\/p>\n

Seeking greater understanding, I spent eight months immersed in the spiritual practices of Southeast Asia, travelling through Nepal, India, Cambodia, Myanmar, and Thailand. There, I gained invaluable insights into the mind\u2019s vast potential and awakened to new layers of consciousness. This journey led me to hypnotherapy, where I witnessed how profoundly the subconscious mind can drive positive, lasting change.<\/p>\n

Today, I combine hypnotherapy with techniques that empower others to access their own inner strengths, helping them to unlock limiting patterns and live with greater purpose. This journey not only changed me on a personal level but also opened up new levels of professional and financial freedom.
